This guy’s list of “bad” classic movies is the worst hot-take of all time
It was bound to happen eventually. With so many words constantly being crapped out in every corner of the internet, it was only a matter of time before something so asinine, so mind-numbingly ignorant would get passed on as a legit #HotTake. There are plenty of things that have been written that are more racist, more sexist, more bigoted, but has there ever been anything written that has been so offensively stupid?
Let’s start with the premise:
“If someone tells you they’ve seen one of these classic movies, they’re probably lying to you.”
Possibly one of the most ignorant statements ever made in the history of humanity. Also one of the most demonstrably false. I hate it to break it to you, “Jacob Shelton,”* but the masses didn’t start watching movies in the 2000s.
